AMD processors are less expensive and maybe this is the reason why HP decided to go for this one. But the good news is that it has 2GB of RAM and 4GB is the maximum you can install. With the 2GB provided you will enjoy multitasking and Windows Vista will work great. Video graphics provided are NVIDIA GeForce 8200M, with a video memory up to 895MB.

The display presents a size of 15.4", High Definition with BrightView technology and a native resolution of 1280x800. According to HP, this new technology enables a better image quality; you will take advantage of bright colors and more vivid images. The sound is provided by the Altec Lansing speakers, and they proved to sound reasonable, but in any case you can always turn around to your headphones.

The 6-cell Lithium-Ion allows you enjoy a cable-free experience for about 2-3 hours, mostly depending on what applications you run.
